While working with customers, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. Are you able to deliver equipment or rental vehicles?

Absolutely! The cost depends on how far we have to go and the equipment rented, just give us a call for a quote!

Should I make a reservation?

 

 Absolutely! Just give us a call for price and availability. Leave your name and number and when you want to pick it up and we will have it ready for you.

 

Are there any hidden charges?

 The only time the total price will change from what you were quoted is if the item is returned low of fuel, damaged, or very dirty. We never "hide" anything here.

What's required to rent a piece of equipment?

We make it as easy as possible, we require a form of ID. and a major Debt. or Credit Card. You pay for your rental when you return it.

What if the equipment breaks down?

 

 In the event of a breakdown, we will do everything we can to repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible. We will work with you to make it right. This is really where our company motto of "Whatever it takes!" comes in!!

What if I damage a piece of equipment?

 Well, first of all, we don't freak out, we know and understand accidents happen. All we ask is that you pay for repairs, it's as simple as that. We will work with you to take care of the issue to both of our satisfaction.

I've noticed other rental companies advertise their prices and you don't, why is that?

Simple we like to keep them guessing.
